ذكر نائب وزير العمل والتنمية الاجتماعية أحمد الحميدان، أن برنامج «نطاقات الموزون» يهدف إلى مكافأة منشآت القطاع الخاص التي أجادت في الاستجابة للتوطين الوظيفي.
وأضاف أن «نطاقات الموزون» يأتي امتداداً لبرنامج «نطاقات»، الذي حقق نجاحات واضحة منذ إطلاقه قبل عدة سنوات.
جاء ذلك في كلمة ألقاها في ورشة عمل أقامتها الغرفة التجارية الصناعية في الرياض البارحة خصصت لمناقشة برنامج «نطاقات الموزون»، بحضور وكيل وزارة العمل والتنمية الاجتماعية للسياسات العمالية الدكتور أحمد قطان، ونائب رئيس مجلس إدارة الغرفة ورئيس لجنة الموارد البشرية المهندس منصور الشثري، وجمع من رجال الأعمال والمهتمين بسوق العمل.
وأوضح الحميدان أن «نطاقات الموزون» يقدم حلولاً للمنشآت التي بذلت جهداً أكبر من غيرها في التوطين الوظيفي، ويميزها عما سواها، وتوقع أن يستجيب القطاع الخاص لمتطلبات «نطاقات الموزون».
وأثنى في الوقت ذاته على استجابة القطاع لبرنامج نطاقات بصيغته الحالية.
وقال: «إن الوزارة ستستمر في متابعة التقارير عن نطاقات الموزون، الذي سيطلق في 11 ديسمبر المقبل، فيما يتعلق بتأثير البرنامج على المنشآت وسوق العمل، وتقييم كل ما يرتبط بالبرنامج».
