مصر: لجنة الدفاع تقرّ بسعودية «تيران وصنافير»
أنهت لجنة الدفاع والأمن القومي بمجلس النواب المصري أمس (الأربعاء)، برئاسة النائب كمال عامر، الاجتماع المخصص لمناقشة اتفاقية إعادة ترسيم الحدود البحرية بين المملكة ومصر بالموافقة على ضم جزيرتي «تيران وصنافير» للمملكة طبقاً للخرائط والمواثيق الموجودة لدى القوات المسلحة، وجاءت النتيجة بموافقة كافة أعضاء اللجنة وعددهم 39 عضواً، من بين 41 عضواً.
ووفق مصادر برلمانية من المقرر أن تنتهي اللجنة من تقريرها، وتقديمه لهيئة المكتب لعرضه على الجلسة العامة خلال ساعات أو الأسبوع القادم بحد أقصى.
من جانبه، قال اللواء كمال عامر رئيس لجنة الدفاع والأمن القومي: «إن اللجنة وافقت بالإجماع في اجتماعها أمس على اتفاقية تعيين الحدود البحرية بين المملكة ومصر التي تثبت وقوع جزيرتي «تيران وصنافير» في المياه الإقليمية للسعودية، وفق المستندات والوثائق والخطابات المتبادلة بين البلدين.
وكشف عضو المكتب السياسي لائتلاف «دعم مصر» صاحب الأغلبية النيابية في مجلس النواب المصري الدكتور جمال عبدالعال، أنه سيتم التصويت على اتفاقية ترسيم الحدود بين المملكة ومصر المعرفة إعلاميًا بـ «تيران وصنافير» خلال الجلسة العامة بعد موافقة لجنة الدفاع والأمن القومي بالمجلس عليها.
وأكد عبدالعال فى تصريحات أمس (الأربعاء) أن الموضوع محسوم نهائياً، والأغلبية سيوافقون على تسليمها للمملكة، مشيراً إلى أن 15 نائبًا المعترضين وهم «قلة قليلة» ليسوا أكثر من باقي النواب وطنية، وهدفهم إحداث بلبلة وخلافات وفوضى في البلاد -حسب تعبيره- مؤكداً أنه لا يمكن إعطاء هؤلاء تلك الفرصة.
وكانت الجلسة العامة لمجلس النواب بدأت أمس في مناقشة اتفاقية تعيين الحدود مع السعودية، وعقدت لجنة الدفاع والأمن القومي في مجلس النواب المصري اجتماعاً مغلقاً برئاسة اللواء كمال عامر؛ لمناقشة ما توصلت إليه اللجنة التشريعية والدستورية بالموافقة على ضم جزيرتي «تيران وصنافير» للحدود السعودية.
ويتوقع أن تحيل اللجنة الاتفاقية إلى الجلسة العامة لمجلس النواب للموافقة عليها خلال الساعات القادمة، وهناك توقعات بأن يتم تأجيل عقد الجلسة العامة إلى اليوم «الخميس» للموافقة على ترسيم الحدود بين البلدين، وأوضح اللواء يحيى كدواني أن عرض الاتفاقية على الجلسة العامة يتوقف على مدى استيفاء كل المستندات المطلوبة أمام اللجنة، ليكون قرارها مستنداً على وثائق واضحة ومستقرة، أما حال عدم الاستيفاء فيمكن تأجيلها لاجتماع قادم.
وقالت مصادر حكومية لـ «عكاظ»: إن الاجتماع الأسبوعي لمجلس الوزراء المصري برئاسة شريف إسماعيل سيناقش اليوم (الخميس) نتائج ما توصل إليه أعضاء مجلس النواب بخصوص ملف ترسيم الحدود البحرية بين البلدين لإنهاء هذا السجال الذي استمر لعدة شهور منذ أبريل من العام الماضي، بعد موافقة الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي بضم الجزيرتين لحدود المملكة باعتبارهما أراضي سعودية كانتا أمانة عند الحكومة المصرية.
وكانت لجنة الشؤون الدستورية والتشريعية في مجلس النواب المصري وافقت على اتفاقية تعيين الحدود بين السعودية ومصر.
