أصدرت محكمة فلسطينية الأربعاء 21 مايو/أيار قرارا بالحبس سنتين على القيادي السابق في حركة فتح محمد دحلان بتهمة القدح والذم والتحقير بمؤسسات الدولة الفلسطينية.
وجاء في قرار الحكم الصادر في شهر مارس/آذار، ونشر الأربعاء في صحيفة “الحياة الجديدة” التابعة للسلطة الفلسطينية أن الحكم الذي صدر غيابيا قابل للنقض. ويتضح من الإعلان المنشور أن عددا من قادة الأجهزة الأمنية الفلسطينية وآخرين تقدموا إلى المحكمة ببلاغ ضد دحلان يتعلق بتصريحات ومقابلة له مع وسائل إعلام مختلفة تضمنت اتهامات للمؤسسة الأمنية والرئيس الفلسطيني محمود عباس. ودحلان كان قياديا بارزا في حركة فتح إلا أنه فصل عام 2011، بعد اتهامات بالفساد لكنه نفى تلك الاتهامات.
