فعلى خلاف التوقعات تسيد الوحش جولدبيرج المواجهة منذ البداية تقريبا وبعد أن قام بروك ليسنر بحمله ورميه بعيدا عن الحلبة.
حيث قام جولدبيرج بتنفيذ حركته سبير مرتين متتاليتين، جعلت بروك ليسنر لا يقوى الحراك طيلة النزال حيث أنهكته أو قل أنهار بعدها الوحش البشري.
حيث نجح بعدها جولدبيرج في تثبيت بروك ليسنر بشكل سريع، لينهي الأسطورة هذا النزال الملحمي وسط اندهاش الجماهير التي لم تتوقع أن يشاهدوا بروك ليسنر بهذا الانهيار الكبير.
ليقوم بعد ذلك جولدبيرج بالاحتفال بالفوز مع ابنه أمام الجماهير ومع أسرته في كواليس عرض سيريفايفر سيريز.
