تعتبر الكعبة المشرفة مركز الأرض، فهي تقع وسط رقعة الأرض الذي تخلو من أي ميلان أو أنحراف أو أعوجاج، ولكونها مركز الجاذبية الأرضية، فهي بطبيعة الحال تقوم بجذب الشحنات المغناطيسية لهذه المكان . وهى أول نقطة تستقبل شروق الشمس.
