وتضمنت القوانين المعدلة تكليف طالب الزواج الأجنبي من طالبة الزواج المصرية بتقديم شهادات استثمار ذات عائد دوري ممنوح / المجموعة «ب» بالبنك الأهلي المصري بمبلغ خمسين ألف جنيه باسم طالبة الزواج المصرية، استيفاء للمستندات المطلوبة لدى مكتب التوثيق، وذلك إذا ما جاوز فارق السن بينهما خمسا وعشرين سنة، عند توثيق العقد.
كما شملت التعديلات ضم ودمج فرع توثيق نقادة مع مأمورية شهر نقادة التابعين لمكتب الشهر العقاري والتوثيق بالأقصر «سابقا» بقنا «حاليا»، تحت مسمى «مأمورية الشهر العقاري والتوثيق بنقادة»، ويشمل اختصاصها الحدود الإدارية لمركز شرطة نقادة شهرا وتوثيقا.
كما شملت التعديلات تغيير مسمى فرع توثيق مجلس الشعب إلى «فرع توثيق مجلس النواب»، وأن يعمل فرع توثيق السلوم بمرسى مطروح يومين من كل أسبوع وهما «الأحد، والأربعاء»، كما يعمل فرع توثيق نادي القضاة بالمنصورة يومين من كل أسبوع وهما «السبت والأحد».
